Making Student Demographic Changes

Please communicate any changes/updates in student information regarding Parent/Guardian contact including but not limited to:
 

• Parent/Guardian email
• Parent/Guardian address
• Parent/Guardian phone number

 
This can be done by simply following the steps outlined below as necessary any time in the school year:
 

1. Call the main office @ 905-934-8501 and ask to update Student Demographic Information
2. Identify which student needs the information update
3. The office will provide a paper copy of a verification form to the student in question
4. Parent/Guardian will make changes on the verification form and sign off on the update
5. The form can be returned to the school, or sent back with the student
